This unit has been occupied by a pool construction company for the past 6 years since the center was built. It consists of about 450 sqft of office (3 offices – a front reception office where the ADA handicap restroom is and two private offices) which has central heat and air, and then about 1450 sqft of warehouse space (that can be accessed by either private office) with one 12′x12′ roll up door. The warehouse is about 18′+ high at the peak.
