Growing Central Florida educational non-profit seeks subsidized or aggressively-priced air-conditioned warehouse + office space totaling > 1500 sq ft for lectures, classes, and group tools / materials and construction of educational projects for adults and children. Ideally the space would be located centrally in Orlando to offer services to all areas of Orlando, so locations such as Kissimmee or Clermont are not feasible. Group would be willing to perform cleaning / light refurbishment of space in exchange for rent subsidy.
